    - wake up & loosen up if you feel stiff
    - raise your body temperature
    - prevent injuries
    - get motivated ... sometimes you gotta start slow before going extreme :D
    I like to start my workout with an Ab Workout, a Song Workout or a short Warm Up like this ♥︎ I never jump right into a hardcore HIIT or Leg Day

      so, its been almost a year since the last time i trained. it's really really hard for me to begin for the first time to train. that's why i decided yo help other people in the same situation as me, tracking my workout everyday in the comments. day 1 (1/4/21) i only did the 5min warm up in this video because i was already exausted after those exercises but i was happy too because i finished it. day 2 (2/4/21) i did the 5min warm up, it was really hard for me but today i want to try doing at least a 20min fullbody workout obv by pamela reif.

      I actually don't know why but sometimes I get super emotional after her workouts and I'm sometimes about to cry because of how happy I get trough her workouts. I know this sounds weird or something but I really enjoy doing her workouts.
