    I'll post an update every day, weight every week. Starting weight - 134lbs. Have never exercised before this Day 1 - really struggled today. had to take a lot of extra breaks and completely gave up 14 minutes in as i felt like i was gonna throw up. Legs in particular hurt a lot

    i just wanna say, goddamn pamela’s really helped me be happier and stronger lmao. back when i wasn’t doing her workouts, i could barely even do 4 kneeling push ups. i’m able to do 10 full push ups now and it’s really boosting my self esteem and gets me going. so yeah, thanks :D

    I love how we can workout for free. My friend says she will make my body fit with some stretches even a child could do and some ballet which is of no use. And she wants me to pay her money for nothing. I refused kindly. Btw love doing your workouts
